of personal note
so i'm a distant space cadet because my grandma is super sick. i'm pretty sad about it and it sucks having to make hospice calls and start thinking about what outfit she'll wear and which bills need to be canceled etc. somehow i ended up being THAT person out of my whole family. oddly enough, planning for death is quite a production. comparisons could be made to childbirth. or a marriage. and the life changing effects said events have on relationships.
