weekend images
the sozo reception saturday night was brilliant. it was called 'leaving the wall' featuring works by two unt students who just graduated. lesli robertson does fiber work and dave zdrazil does ceramics. gorgeous stuff. good crowd.
after the reception, i headed over to the nasher sculpture center to watch contemporary dancers from fort worth do interpretations of sculture in the garden
while graff, jerome, and martin (sound installation guys for next weekend) played some freaky free-form music behind them. it was bizarre, but super cool.
last, the pow-wows for the install next weekend at IR Gallery have begun. these guys have some really cool ideas about the sound installation we're doing may 14 and 15. i am looking forward to this.
