the longest weekend ever.
i'm back! yay!
friday night: the joey seeman reception was amazing. a few sales and a great crowd. i'd post a picture, except the memory card to my digital camera fell out after i dropped the thing and the latch came loose. (trust me, i have retraced my steps numerous times) after the reception.... to the cosmic cup and purgatory.
saturday night: the slumber party! eva had several little friends over for movies and pizzas and fake tattoos. at one point, i seriously had the impression that paul and i were out numbered and if they could organize amongst themselves, we'd have been had. the kids partied pretty late and awoke on sunday morning no later than 6:45 AM. we let them run wild for a bit before we finally grumbled out of bed.
sunday: the family party! my whole family and paul's whole family came over to celebrate eva and my dad's birthdays. then we sat up and watched the oscars and lamented the fact that we haven't seen hardly any movies.
glad monday is here. nyddia and i got a lot done today, organizationally. we make huge strides every day and are accomplishing more together than either one of us could separately. and we both know it.
