gallery hopping

friday night:
- Photographs Do Not Bend Gallery for an exhibit of Nickolas Muray portraits of Frida Kahlo. gorgeous hobnobbing and gorgeous work.
- a homeshow over off of mockingbird to see the works of jim frederick and billy miller. super nice guys and great food!.
- continental gallery for the pigeon stone project presentaion of austin turley. omg. they hurt my head they're so good. the defy logic and time and space and i kinda sorta bought one. yep, sho nuf. (disclaimer: the work shown in the link is from earlier this year. the new stuff is even more amazing)
saturday night:
- plush gallery
- avenue arts venue fashion show. it WRAWKED!!! and boy, was it fun. the models were just precious.
- dancing at club cleariew with rachel. i know, i know, that's so 2003, but we sure did have fun. and i twisted my ankle.
